• WhatsApp-based expense tracking and receipt capture
• AI-powered data extraction from documents
• GST compliance and tax management tools
• Integration with Chartered Accountants (CAs) for review and approval
• Financial reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of BillSnap, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. WhatsApp Integration Terms

By using our WhatsApp integration, you agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Commerce Policy
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities

6. Financial Data and Accuracy

• AI extraction may contain errors; always verify important data
• BillSnap is a tool to assist, not replace, professional accounting advice
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit
• Tax calculations are estimates; consult a qualified CA for official filings
• CA approval indicates review, not a guarantee of correctness

7. Subscription and Payments

BillSnap offers various subscription plans:

• Free tier with limited features and usage
• Paid tiers with enhanced features and higher limits
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• No refunds for partial billing periods

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BillSnap Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLSNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI extraction
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Interruption or cessation of the Service
• Tax penalties resulting from incorrect filings

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. BILLSNAP IS NOT A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING OR TAX ADVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
